Following your 2nd Interview with our VP of the Marketplace, our team debriefs the next Monday. We will contact you that same afternoon, PST, as to whether you are to be offered a franchise or not. To those we offer, we begin the process of finalizing documents.

Timeline of Final Documents
2nd Interview	Over the telephone w/ our VP of the Marketplace	Week 0 – Thursday
Management Debrief	Our team will debrief on the Monday following the 2nd Interview	Week 1 – Monday
Verbal Offer / No Offer	We will contact you on Monday afternoon PST as to whether you are to be offered a franchise or not
Franchise Agreement (FA) ordered	Upon your verbal acceptance of the franchise offer, your personalized FA will be ordered from our franchise attorney	Week 1
Finalized FA Out	We will send you the complete FA by email	Week 1 - Friday
FA Review	Review the completed Franchise Agreement for five business days prior to signing	Week 2
FA Signed & Returned	Print out and sign a copy of the completed FA, return via FedEx including a 25% deposit of the Franchise Fee	Week 2 – Friday
You are ready for the Final Steps to become a Franchise Partner!
Start Up	You will be introduced to your Marketplace Support Representative and receive your materials for Initial Training	Week 3
Confirm Initial Training	Make travel arrangements, and reserve hotel accommodations from the list provided	Week 3
Pre-Training	At home review of training materials & homework completed	Weeks 3-4
Pre-Launch	Start up: obtain business licenses, insurance coverage, office space, utilities, furniture, supplies, etc.
Initial Training	Weeklong Initial Training at corporate headquarters in Bellevue, WA – final 75% of Franchise Fee due on Monday before training starts	Week 5
Pass Training	Successfully complete and pass the Basic Franchise Training	Week 5
Congratulations! You are now a Franchise Partner!
Final Pre-launch	Final preparations for soft & grand openings – secure and set up office including computer(s), phone(s), fax machine, high speed internet connection, etc.	Weeks 6-8
ITEX Franchise Launch	Within 120 days of execution of FA	Week 9-10
