The Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) contains 23 Items that give you important information about ITEX including 3 years of audited financials. You will also find a sample of our Franchise Agreement after the financials. Our Franchise Agreements are standard and are intended to protect the integrity of our brand. While reviewing the documents, please highlight any areas that require clarification or that you are unclear as to the intent. We will be happy to answer any questions that you have.
