Quiet tropical gated resort community with many amenities near the Disney world complex. The front entrance is well landscaped with tropical plants and blooming flowers in season. This is a very clean, newer & well maintained one bedroom one bath Jr. Suite that is bright and fresh with tropical touches. There is a walk-in closet with an iron and ironing board with lots of room for a vacation of several weeks. A Port-A-Crib and high chair are available if needed.

A private full size bathroom complete with a wall mounted hair dryer next to the vanity is at the far end of the Jr.Suite. Our unit is fully stocked with bedding, linens and towels, as well as a starter supply of the basic essential paper and soap products. The unit has a wall mounted remote controlled 27" 70 channel cable TV, VCR and also a clock radio on the night stand. One full size double bed under a lighted tropical paddle fan with tropical themed wall pictures and green floral plants.

Also, a matching double dresser, with a large mirror, night stand and book shelves for storage. There is also a full size pull out sofa bed with matching love seat for your comfort, while watching TV or reading and relaxing. At the kitchen and dinette end of the room, is a fully equipped kitchenette including dishes, glassware and flatware, that is open to the living area. It is equipped with a coffee maker, under counter mini fridge, bagel & bread toaster, hot plate, cookware, table top electric griddle, a large crock pot, and a microwave are all included as well as kitchen towels and cooking utensils. Across from the kitchenette are a wrought iron glass top table and two matching chairs under a 5 light chandelier. , The resort amenities are in and around the large clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse there is a large lobby area with couches and chairs to lounge in, a large TV, as well as a small business center. There is also a large well equipped fitness room and a meeting or activities room.

Outside the clubhouse is an attached sundeck with loungers and umbrella tables surrounding the large heated tropical landscaped pool. Adjacent to the pool area on the sundeck is a toddler wading pool as well as a hot tub for adults. There is a tennis court just off the pool deck as well as a sand volleyball court, kid's playground and on the other side of the clubhouse there is a basketball court. Theree golf courses everywhere from $18 for 18 holes including a cart pro tour caliber courses 2 minutes to 15 minutes away.

This Jr. Suite is located on the quieter back South West side of Disney World, easy driving with less traffic and congestion. Compare this Jr. Suite to any motel or hotel room for 4 people to appreciate the amenities, condition, location, convenience and value.

The Amenities Fee, cleaning and restocking charges of $94 and Florida taxes of $62.79 must be paid by cash or PayPal.The refundable $200.00 reservation hold/damage/security deposit must be paid in cash or by PayPal.
