This Disney area townhouse is about 6 miles from the nearest Disney World entrance. It is a very clean & newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse villa that is a bright & breezy end unit with a tropical theme. The front entrance is well landscaped with tropical plants and blooming flowers in season. There is a producing grapefruit tree just outside the kitchen window. This townhouse is on the quiet laid back side of Disney World with easy driving and less traffic congestion.

The sunken living room has a wet bar with 3 bar stools that is open to the kitchen. There is also a bar cabinet stocked with glassware for entertaining. The living room has a remote controlled 31" 70 channel cable stereo TV as well as a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table and rattan side chair. A large tropical ceiling fan is in the center of the living room, for your comfort. Sliding glass and screened doors lead to a step down outdoor patio, with a round white umbrella table and 4 white chairs.

The dining room overlooks the sunken living room and features a glass topped table with tropical accents under a dimmer switch controlled glass chandelier with 6 matching chairs. There is also has a full size high chair for infants. Fully equipped kitchen including dishes, glassware and flatware, that is open to the living and dining rooms, coffee maker, bagel & bread toaster, blender, mixer, tea kettle and cookware, with full size appliances including a dishwasher, electric range, 20 cubic foot refrigerator with a separate freezer and icemaker as well as a washer & dryer.

Included in the master bedroom is a queen size bed under a cathedral ceiling, with a lighted tropical palm leaf ceiling fan, double dresser with large mirror, 2 night stands, clock radio and a 27" remote control cable TV and a VCR. There is also white rattan side chair with cushions and a matching foot stool to complete the master bedroom. In the walk in closet, are an iron and ironing board and extra linens and a blanket. The private master bath features a raised Jacuzzi whirlpool garden tub under a skylight with an overhead ledge with hanging greenery. It is across from a large vanity and sink that is also under an overhead shelf with hanging greenery. Also, there is a wall mounted hair dryer for your convenience. There is a glass enclosed stall shower, and a separate water closet.

Disney Twin Bedroom features a Disney Mickey TV, radio, DVD with Disney decorations & wall pictures. The lighted ceiling fan is multi colored, to match the Disney theme. A convenient mesh hamper for the kids to use. In the closet there is a Port-A-Crib and child gate, if they are needed. Extra pillows, linens and 2 blankets are also in the closet if needed. The guest bedroom has a double bed under a lighted ceiling paddle fan, chest of drawers, and two night stands as well as a closet for storage. It also has a remote controlled 20" cable TV with70 cable channels. The room also has a clock radio and some nice tropical accents.

The amenities in the resort are in and around the large clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse there is a large lobby area with couches and chairs to lounge in as well as a small business center. There is also a large well equipped fitness room and a meeting or activities room. Outside the clubhouse is an attached sundeck with loungers and umbrella tables surrounding the large heated tropical landscaped pool. Adjacent to the pool area on the sundeck is a toddler wading pool as well as a hot tub for adults. There is a tennis court just off the pool deck as well as a sand volleyball court, kid's playground and on the other side of the clubhouse there is a basketball court.

Amenities Fee, Cleaning and Restocking Charge of $180.00 and Florida taxes of $108.42 must be by cash or PayPal. The refundable $200. Reservation hold/damage/security deposit must be paid by cash or PayPal.
