V-Broiler's Go-Go Grill

The Go-Go Grill by V-Broiler has over 550 sq. inches of cooking area and can cook food at temperatures up to 950°F when fully ignited, for the finest in flameless cooking. The Go-Go Grill measures 23" x 18" x 7.5" and is designed such that components can be stored inside the base of the grill, weighing about 34 pounds (about the same as the Grill2Go by Thermos, but compacts to a much smaller volume). Encompassing the need for safe and healthy cooking, the Go-Go Grill uses the removable patented vertical firebox, allowing for flameless grilling on three different grid levels, which practically eliminates the occurrence of flame-ups and greatly reduces the build up of carcinogen on food. The vertical design greatly reduces the chance of charred meat because grease drippings do not contact coals. The Go-Go Grill was built to provide the most versatile cooking capabilities. Portable & easy to store: Go-Go Grill's "suit case" design allows for easy storage & transporting. Each component of the grill is capable of fitting into the base of the grill, including the sturdy legs. The Go-Go Grill measures 23" x 16" x7.5" when folded up, providing an easy and comfortable size for storage in small living spaces and in almost any vehicle.

Large and diverse cooking area: Due to the use of the well-designed vertical firebox, the Go-Go Grill provides a large cooking area with the use of three cooking grids.The three cooking grids, main, mid-, and upper-level, can be used at the same time, allowing for the utilization of more than 550 square inches of cooking area at one time.

The main grid is 22" x 11" in size and is set in the base of the grill. Radiant heat from the fire chamber heats the main grid from the top and bottom, ensuring cooking at temperatures of at least 400°F when using a fully ignited full load of charcoal (8 lbs). The main grid is perfect for basic grilling, such as hamburgers and steaks. The main grid has an added benefit, it is also designed to collect and channel run-off grease and other cooking liquids from the cooking food to a drip pan located under the grid at the front of the base of the grill. The Cast Iron Griddle works best here!

The mid-level grid is located above the main grid and is 22" x 7" in size. The mid-level grid receives radiant heat directly from the fire chamber, reaching temperatures of at least 500°F using a fully ignited full load of charcoal (8 lbs.). The heat at this grid surrounds the cooking area, allowing for complete cooking on all sides of the food, perfect for hot dogs, sausages & most vegetables. The side panel walls have punch-out holes that support a standard rotisserie for cooking fowl, roasts, etc.

The upper-level grid is located directly above the firebox and is 22" x 7" in size. The temperatures in the upper-level grid area are above 950°F due to the direct heat from the vertical firebox. The upper level grid is perfect for boiling water, frying, and broiling of all foods.

Quick and easy setup and cleanup. Each component of the Go-Go Grill is designed to unfold, attach, and set up in its appropriate position easily and securely. The detachable legs can be quickly attached to the base of the grill. Each component of the grill is removable, including the vertical firebox, and easily rinsed off without the need for drying due to its rust-proof material.

The removable vertical firebox gets rid of the need to brush out the leftover ash in the grill. All you have to do is remove the vertical firebox and shake out the leftover ash into the nearest trash receptacle. Even better is the fact that the vertical firebox doubles as an unused charcoal storage container. With the use of a slip cover that fits tightly over the open sections of the firebox, creating an almost air tight seal, you can easily store leftover & unused charcoal inside the firebox, which can then be stored inside the base of the grill, for easy and hassle-free transportation.

Another feature of the Go-Go Grill that reduces cleanup time is the main grid, which collects grease run-off and other liquids and channels the collected liquids into a grease pan located under the front of the main grid, housed in the base of the grill. This reduces the amount of liquids that build-up on the grid, which can dry up or burn on the grid, creating nasty spots that are hard to remove and affect the taste of food that is cooked. This design also reduces the chance of ash & grease mixing, which can also dry and create hard-to-remove spots on the grid. The grease pan is removable, allowing for quick and easy disposal of left over liquids from cooking
