All message on hold equipment will remain the property of Hold The Phone Inc. If a client cancels their service, the equipment must be returned to Hold The Phone Inc. If the equipment should ever fail, Hold the Phone will replace it at no cost. Clients are required to arrange for the installation of the equipment through their interconnect.
