every time they expand geographically.
Existing trade names need to be searched
to protect against another's use. If another
company uses your trade name for over
6 years, then you acquiesce - or give up
your trade name for them to use as well!

us run an inexpensive daily monitor of the
trade name. It is MUCH easier to protect a
trade name before another company becomes
