Steven White Steven White has been a director of the Company and served as its Chairman since February 2003. Mr. White has served as CEO since June 2003. Mr. White was President of Lakemont Capital, Ltd., a business advisory firm from 2002 to 2004. He was the Chairman and CEO of Ubarter.com, a public company. Ubarter.com was an on-line payment processor for cashless transactions, originally founded by Mr. White in 1983 as Cascade Trade Association. In June 2000, Mr. White directed the sale of Ubarter.com to Network Commerce, an Internet-based technology infrastructure and services company. From June 2000 to June 2001, Mr. White was a Senior Vice President of Network Commerce. John A. Wade John A. Wade has been a director of the Company since February 2003. He has served since May 1998 as Chief Financial Officer of Aptimus, Inc., a leader in online direct marketing located in Seattle, WA. Prior to joining Aptimus, Mr. Wade served as the CFO and COO for Buzz Oates Enterprises, a real estate development company. He also has worked as the controller for A&A Properties, Inc., an asset management corporation and for Labels West, a manufacturing company; as well as an auditor and taxation specialist at McGladrey and Pullen, an international accounting firm. Mr. Wade has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the San Diego State University School of Business and has been a CPA since 1987. Mr. Wade served as a director of Ubarter.com from 1999 to 2000. Eric Best Eric Best is currently Chief Customer Officer at marketing technology provider Amperity, bringing more than twenty years of executive operating experience in SaaS and consumer marketing technology to the Seattle¬-based company. Prior, Best was CEO and founder of Mercent, a leading retail technology company acquired in 2015 by CommerceHub, then a subsidiary of Liberty Interactive. Best served as Chief Strategy Officer at CommerceHub helping lead the company to its successful 2016 public listing on NASDAQ. Best is an established technology executive, founding five successful product and service companies throughout his career. He holds degrees in Biology and Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University, and is currently board director at ITEX Corporation and America’s Suppliers, Inc. and board trustee at The Bertschi School. Timothy R. Morones Mr. Morones became a Director of ITEX in November 2012. Mr. Morones has been the Vice President of Finance and Operations for DataSphere Technologies Inc., a Seattle-based technology company, since June of 2011. From March 2010 to June 2011, he served as Director of Operations for Getty Images. From May 2008 to March 2010, Mr. Morones served as a Senior Financial and Operations Consultant for RealNetworks, Inc., a provider of digital media applications and services. From July 2005 to April 2008, Mr. Morones served as Vice President of Treasury and Administration for InfoSpace, Inc. Mr. Morones brings to our Board more than 15 years of executive experience in financial management, operations, corporate development and strategic planning in various traditional, high-tech and growth- oriented companies. Mr. Morones holds a B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Finance from California State University, Sacramento. Kevin Callan Mr. Callan became a Director of ITEX in March 2013. Mr. Callan has been the Executive Director of the Washington State Major League Baseball Stadium Public Facilities District since 2000, and served as the Director of Finance and Administration during the construction phase of Safeco Field. Since 2001 he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of a collection of light manufacturing and distribution companies owned by PT Foley and located in Washington, Oregon and Nevada, responsible for accounting, financial reporting, real estate management and treasury functions. Portfolio companies include Dynamic Isolation Systems, Inc., Scougal Rubber Corp and Blaser Die Casting Co. From 1990 to 1996 Mr. Callan was Chief Financial Officer of the Robison Construction Group. Mr. Callan brings to our Board more than 25 years of executive experience in financial management, operations, corporate development and strategic planning in various companies. Mr. Callan holds a B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting from Oregon State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
