If you are getting an "Invalid Sign In" error message, refer to the next section to verify your Sign In information.
If you entered your Username and Password but did not receive an "Invalid Sign In" message and still cannot access the My Account section, your browser may not accept cookies. Our site requires cookies to operate correctly. Check your browser settings to ensure our site is allowed to set a cookie on your machine.
You can have your Sign In information emailed to you by using the Forgot your Password feature.
Alternatively, you can contact your Trade Director or our Support Team to have your password updated.
We will need your ITEX account number, your name, your desired password, and TIN or SSN for verification purposes.
If you have already logged in successfully, use the Change My Password option to update your password.
If you are unable to change your password, contact your Trade Director or our Support Team to have your password updated.
For security purposes, we automatically expire login sessions after 1 hour with no activity.
We strongly recommend using the 'Logoff' function from the menu at the top of the screen before you leave our site or your computer.
