As an ITEX member, you are provided complimentary ITEX Checks that you can use to make purchases with your ITEX dollars.
To order new ITEX Checks use the Reorder Form in your current ITEX Checkbook. If you do not have the Reorder Form go to My Account, click the ITEX Checks link, then use the Reorder link or contact Member Services.
Only signers on the account can order ITEX Checks. The ITEX Checks will be delivered to the address specified when the request is made. ITEX Check requests are fulfilled once every 2 weeks. Contact Member Services if the Business Name or Contact Name information is incorrect.
To cancel an ITEX Checks request, use the Reorder link to view the pending request. The pending request shows the details of the ITEX Checks order. Click the "Cancel" link beneath the details to cancel the request.
To update an ITEX Checks request, use the Reorder link to view the pending request. Update the information under the Reorder ITEX Checks section to the correct information and click the "Continue" button to update the request. Contact Member Services if changes are needed for the Business Name or Contact Name.
