The following is information you need to know about ITEX transactions and state

and federal taxes. Please read it carefully.

ITEX sales, like cash sales, must be included in income reported to the IRS.

The TEFRA Act of 1982 designated exchanges and marketplaces, such as

ITEX, as third-party record keepers on par with banks, credit card companies,

and other custodians of taxpayers' financial records.

Exchanges have a responsibility to provide the IRS with information on the

sales of each member. This is done on Form 1099-B.

Assure Women’s Center-A non-profit faith based ministry that provides many services to young women and youth in our community including; free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, relationship education in schools and youth groups, individual abstinence counseling, parenting classes, adoption options counseling decision making mentoring and small group post abortion healing ministry. The center has existed since 1986 and receives no government funding. It relies entirely on the generous support of like-minded individuals and churches for their operating expenses. This past summer our 9th annual camp provided a warm atmosphere for kids who have many challenges in life. For many it was their only constructive summer experience. We gave scholarships to almost all of these children.
We also provide a variety of assistance such as employment education and medical referrals. We owe a great deal of thanks to Hunger Task Force and Second Harvest Food Bank for providing us with food, funding and general support for our food pantry. All of us are committed to ending hunger and helping those in need.
