This knife shape like banana so we named it banana knife. It was originally designed as a modification of the Western Skinning knife. This knife improvement from western style design for easy to skinning and cutting fruit with curve part without crashing the fruits.
Our recommendation is to buy two of this knife, one for the meat and the other one for the fruits.
