Booking Instructions

** No reservations will be made until both the Itex and cash payment have been received, along with the names of all parties staying in the unit. ** 

1. Have my Itex Representative Susan Golcman transfer the $300 Itex into my account.

2. Mail a check or money order for the cash payment of $225 to Christine Wynne at 4303 Reynolds Oaks Place, Plant City, FL 33563  

3. Email me a list of people staying in the condo so I can alert the hotel.

Cost: $300 ITEX; $225 cash. Please note that this is a full week rental. The price is the same if you stay one night, or all seven nights.  (Please note that some resorts have separate “resort fees.”  This is not included in the price and is payable to the resort at check-in.  Contact your resort for more details)
