Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows
In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children & teens are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.
Boys & Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.
Our Mission at the Boys & Girls Club is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
Today we serve 33 clubs across rural Nevada from Ely to Winnemucca & Fernley. We are also growing in the Reno and Sparks area.
We serve over 850,000 meals a year to all of our club kids. The Boys & Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow all while having fun. They are truly a Positive Place doing whatever it takes for our club kids.
