What is Bungee Swing Fitness? Bungee Swing Fitness is a motion-based, resistance training program that allows the needed buoyancy, provided by the bungee cord and harness attached at your hip, to perform exercises that you may not be able to do without assistance-no pain on the joints! We use a combination of fitness training and a full-body cardio workout that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly. Bungee fitness is great for all experience levels!

Plus is so much fun!

Mondays 6:30pm  &  Tuesdays 10:30 am

Saturdays: 9:00am, 11:15 am, and 12:00 pm

Sundays: 1:15 pm and 2:15 pm

PREPARE FOR CLASS:

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a sweat towel, don’t forget water!! Make sure you wait about 1-1 1/2 hours after eating before taking your class. Don’t forget to use the bathroom before you begin! Please arrive 15-20 min early to get you matched with the correct harness size & bungee. Late Arrivals will not be allowed in.
