Loquat trees, also known by their scientific name Eriobotrya japonica, are small to medium-sized evergreen trees native to southeastern China. 

The fruit is yellow or orange in color and has a sweet, tangy flavor.

The loquat fruit is edible and is often consumed fresh, used in jams and jellies, or incorporated into various desserts. It contains a high amount of vitamin A, dietary fiber, and antioxidants. 

Apart from their fruit, loquat trees are also valued for their ornamental qualities. 

Loquat trees are relatively easy to grow, and they can tolerate a range of soil types and climates. They prefer full sun but can also thrive in partially shaded areas. These trees are known for their ability to withstand drought conditions, making them suitable for regions with limited water availability.

The trees are $9 ITEX each, plus $15 shipping.  The shipping is the same regardless of the number of trees ordered.

They are shipped bare-root, via USPS Priority Mail and will reach any part of the U.S. in 2-3 days.
