The goal of the HUHV is to increase our Veterans past and present, and their families to have a positive life experience by providing them with the resources, tools, communication and information so they can help themselves.
The HUHV is intent on doing this through transportation services, temporary financial assistance, supplemental housing, counseling services, lawn service, cleaning service, repairs to name a few. The HUHV will guide Veterans to other non-profit programs, organizations, community outreach programs and Veterans Administration programs, all the while keeping their self-respect, dignity, privacy and confidentiality intact.
The HUHV is a one hundred percent, (100%), volunteer run organization. The HUHV and Veterans rely on donations of all types, time and the goodwill of others. Whether it is giving money, items to aide others, food, aiding in fund raisers every little bit helps. Let us show our Veterans and their families we do care.
