Hi! I'm Beth Quinn, owner and physical therapist at Align Physical Therapy and Wellness, a Certified Postural Restoration Center.
I am a Postural Restoration Certified Therapist and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Trained Therapist. I integrate these specialty approaches to assess for asymmetrical patterns within your body that may be contributing to altered alignment, tension, and pain. Asymmetry and imbalance can result from static postures/lack of alternation, repetitive movements, pregnancies, trauma, or simply natural hemispheric preferences. My mission is to help you realign your body, retrain your neuromuscular system, and restore balance so you can return to a more fluid and functional lifestyle.
